This policy applies to ModMyMods websites, customer accounts, ecommerce transactions, support communications, reviews, marketing communications, and related online services.

How We Use Information
We use personal information for purposes including:
- Processing, confirming, fulfilling, shipping, and delivering orders.
- Creating and managing customer accounts, carts, wishlists, saved addresses, and checkout preferences.
- Processing payments, refunds, saved payment methods, fraud checks, chargebacks, and payment disputes.

- Managing inventory, fulfillment, invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, tax records, accounting records, and business operations.
- Sending transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, account notices, support replies, and security notices.
- Sending marketing communications where permitted, such as newsletters, product updates, promotions, back-in-stock notices, abandoned cart reminders, product review requests, or similar ecommerce communications where those features are enabled and allowed by law.
- Displaying and managing product reviews, including WooCommerce native reviews, Google Customer Reviews, Facebook reviews, and similar review features we may use.
- Measuring site performance, improving products and services, personalizing site experiences, and understanding the effectiveness of advertising or marketing campaigns.

- Complying with legal, tax, accounting, customs, regulatory, law-enforcement, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Payments and Saved Payment Methods
Payments are processed through payment service providers, including Braintree/PayPal services and related payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or other methods we may accept. When customers save payment methods, they are expected to be stored through payment-provider vaulting or tokenization, not as raw card numbers inside WooCommerce.
We may offer other payment methods for business, wholesale, or special-order customers. Payment providers and financial institutions may process payment details, billing details, device information, fraud signals, and transaction information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, keep carts and accounts working, measure traffic, improve performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising or marketing where enabled.
Our cookie consent tool groups cookies into categories such as Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance, and Advertisement. Necessary cookies are required for core features such as security, account login, cart, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, and saving consent preferences. Optional analytics and advertising cookies should be blocked until you consent through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings tool.
Examples of services that may use cookies, pixels, or tags on our site include WooCommerce, CookieYes, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Ads, X/Twitter tags or widgets, Google Customer Reviews, Mailchimp for WooCommerce, payment providers, fraud-prevention tools, security tools, caching/CDN providers, and similar service providers.
You can manage your preferences at any time using Cookie Settings. If our consent tools detect a supported Global Privacy Control or similar browser-based privacy signal, we will use the tools available to us to respect that signal. We do not guarantee automatic recognition of every browser-based signal unless it is supported by our cookie consent tools and can be applied to the relevant technology.
Your Privacy Choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, advertising, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can use our cookie banner, Cookie Settings, unsubscribe links, browser controls, or other available opt-out tools to limit optional cookies and marketing communications.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of personal information. We will respond to verified privacy requests as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain records for business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, chargeback, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Marketing Communications
If you subscribe, opt in, or otherwise provide consent where required, we may send promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, offers, back-in-stock notices, abandoned cart reminders, product review requests, or similar ecommerce communications. Some of these features may be active now and others may be enabled later. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us through our support channels.
Transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, password resets, support replies, security notices, and legal notices, are not marketing messages and may still be sent when needed to provide services or manage your account/order.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, question, comment, photo, or similar content, that content may be displayed publicly with your chosen display name or other submitted details. We use WooCommerce native reviews, Google Customer Reviews, Facebook reviews, and may use other review services in the future. Review platforms may process review content, order-related details, email addresses, or invitation data according to their own policies.
Marketplace Orders
When you purchase from us through marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Newegg, marketplace order information may be imported into our internal systems, spreadsheets, accounting tools, shipping tools, or support tools so we can fulfill orders, provide customer service, process returns, comply with marketplace rules, and maintain business records.
We use marketplace customer data for order fulfillment and support only, subject to the applicable marketplace rules. We do not add marketplace customer emails to our marketing lists unless the customer separately opts in through a permitted channel.

We share personal information only as needed for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, and customer-service purposes. Categories of recipients may include:
- Payment processors, payment gateways, fraud-prevention providers, banks, and financial institutions.

Service providers are expected to use personal information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Security and Fraud Prevention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encrypted connections, access controls, business accounts/devices for employee access, security monitoring, fraud-prevention tools, Braintree fraud tools, Wordfence, Cloudflare, backups, logging, and other protective measures.
No website, payment system, or storage method is completely secure. If we discover a security incident that requires notice, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
International Orders and Data Transfers
We primarily operate from the United States. We may accept occasional international orders when customers place orders directly. If you order internationally, your information may be processed in the United States and shared with carriers, customs brokers, payment providers, tax tools, and other parties needed to process, ship, and support your order.
VAT, EORI, tax IDs, or similar details are generally collected only from business/wholesale customers or when needed for customs, shipping, support, tax, or compliance purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, chargeback, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
If you request account deletion, we may delete or anonymize account data where appropriate, but retain order records, tax records, fraud-prevention records, chargeback records, warranty records, accounting records, security logs, and legal records as needed or permitted by law.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment services, review services, social networks, marketplaces, shipping providers, or embedded content. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means the updated policy applies to future interactions.
