Meet the ModMyMods Team
ModMyMods started with a simple idea: people building custom PCs deserve better support, better parts, and people who actually understand what they’re trying to build. What began as a small enthusiast-driven operation has grown into a full team built around that same mindset.
We’re still hands-on, still community-driven, and still just as interested in your build as you are.
Joe G — CEO / Founder / “We Can Fit One More Radiator” Advocate
Joe Gialanella founded ModMyMods after years in the PC watercooling industry, and somehow never really left it. With over a decade in retail and enthusiast hardware, he’s built a reputation for one consistent belief: there’s always room for one more radiator.
He’s deeply involved in both the business and enthusiast side of PC building, and still approaches every project with the mindset that airflow, cooling capacity, and bracket clearances are all… flexible.
Outside of work, he enjoys electronic music, spending time with family, and fishing (or as he calls it, fish hunting).
Brony (Josh) — COO / Resident Modsmith
Josh joined ModMyMods in 2016 and quickly became a core part of both warehouse operations and technical development. Known throughout much of the industry as Brony, the nickname stuck early on and has followed him ever since.
He originally helped build and refine our warehouse systems and order flow, forming much of the backbone that keeps daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Now focused on custom fabrication and hands-on modding work, he handles complex builds, machining, and anything that doesn’t have a standard solution.
An avid lover of PC modding and cartoon horses alike, Brony is our go-to for just about anything around the shop—be it equine or water-cooled.
Austin — Chief Customer Officer
Austin joined the team after originally being a customer, which tends to be either a good sign or a warning depending on perspective.
With a background in electronics salvage and hands-on PC building, he now leads customer support and handles order questions, compatibility guidance, and custom inquiries.
He’s typically the person you’ll speak to when contacting the shop.
Corey — Chief Product Officer / Warehouse Commander
Corey runs point on warehouse operations and makes sure everything gets where it needs to go, even when timing says it shouldn’t be possible.
If something needs to be picked, packed, or urgently resolved five minutes before closing, Corey is already on it—usually without hesitation and occasionally without approval.
He also oversees warehouse workflow and a small but highly active team operating under what can only be described as “structured encouragement.”
Outside of work, he enjoys sports and video games, especially anything involving competition and questionable decision-making.
Devon — Warehouse Associate / Field Operative
Devon works under Corey and specializes in fast execution of whatever task has just been assigned, announced, or shouted across the warehouse.
He’s efficient, adaptable, and has mastered the ability to keep things moving even when the instructions arrive faster than the context.
Jordin — Warehouse Associate / Field Operative
Jordin supports warehouse operations alongside Devon and helps maintain flow during peak activity. His role shifts constantly depending on what the situation requires, usually with minimal warning.
Together with Devon, he helps ensure orders leave on time and Corey remains only partially overwhelmed.
Ethan — Chief Marketing Officer
Ethan manages marketing, branding, and general online presence across platforms.
His role is best summarized as keeping the internet aware that ModMyMods exists, while making sure things look coherent when it does.
Official title aside, his day-to-day description remains: “tired social media guy.”
Vinyl — Chief Barking Officer / Company Mascot
Vinyl is a dachshund with strong opinions on airflow, cable management, and your decision-making process.
Despite lacking formal training, he is widely regarded internally as an expert in PC hardware, though his feedback is typically delivered in untranslated technical barking.
He remains committed to inspecting every box, every shipment, and every moment of potential chaos.
